3.1. Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when using our Website, including when making purchases. We are not responsible for any errors or inaccuracies in the information you provide.

3.2. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities on our Website, including but not limited to:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Impersonating any person or entity or falsely claiming an affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Uploading or transmitting any content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.

3.3. GDPR: By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

 



  1. Ordering and Payment

4.1. Order Confirmation: When you place an order on our Website, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order, but rather an acknowledgment that we have received your order. Working hours are Mon-Thur, 11am - 5pm (except Public Holidays). Orders made after working hours will be processed the following working day.

4.2. Pricing: Prices for our Products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Product at any time.

4.3. Payment: We accept various forms of payment, as specified on our Website. Payment must be made in full before the Products are shipped.

4.4. Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.



  1. Shipping and Delivery

5.1. Shipping: We will ship the Products to the address provided during the ordering process. Shipping methods and fees are outlined on our Website.

5.2. Delivery: While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control. Please note that strictly no refunds will be issued due to uncollected package(s) and/or for the provision of wrong shipping information. If the package(s) is/are uncollected and returned to us, you will be subject to an additional shipping fee to redeliver the order.

5.3. Singapore Orders:  Delivery is between 1-3 working days from the processing date for ready stock items and an additional duration specified on the product page for pre-order items. All local orders will be fulfilled by courier - LALAMOVE, QExpress, or other courier services. Please ensure that all information given is correct, as strictly no refunds will be allowed due to missing information and/or other invalid reasons such as uncollected parcels.

5.4.: International Orders: Delivery will reach your country between 7-14 working days from the processing date for ready stock items and an additional duration specified on the product page for pre-order items. Please note that there may be an added duration to reach your delivery address based on your local postal service. All international orders are handled by DHL/ Aramex/ other carriers, and you will be notified via email once your order has been shipped out. Please ensure that all information given is correct, as strictly no refunds will be allowed due to missing information and/or other invalid reasons such as uncollected parcels. Please note that taxes may be imposed in respective countries.

 

  1. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

6.1. Cancellations: Refunds are not allowed for pre-order items as the orders would already be placed with our suppliers.

6.2. Returns: We accept returns of Products in accordance with our Return Policy, such as damaged items. Please see the Returns Policy below.

6.3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy, also available below.

7.1. Ownership: All content on our Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of SKL0 PTE. LTD. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2. Use of Content: You may not reproduce, distribute, or display any content from our Website without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKL0 PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Website or the purchase of our Products.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our returns policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.

 

  1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Damaged or Defective Products: We will accept returns for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. Please contact us at skl0.store@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the product to report any issues.

2.1. Notification: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at skl0.store@gmail.com within the specified timeframe mentioned above. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if applicable, photographs of the damaged or defective product.

2.2. Return Authorisation: We will review your request and provide you with instructions for returning the item, including a return authorisation number if necessary.

2.3. Return Shipping: If you are responsible for returning the item, please pack it securely in the original packaging (if available) and include any accessories, manuals, or documents that came with the product. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

3.1. Damaged or Defective Products: If your return is approved for damaged or defective products, we will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping cost, to the original method of payment once we receive and inspect the returned item.

3.2. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card statement.

4.1. Custom or Personalised Items: We do not accept returns on custom or personalised items unless they are damaged or defective.

4.2. Art Commissions: Artwork commissions are non-refundable once the commission process has begun, except in cases of damage or defects.
