SAM LO / ARTIST / SINGAPORE

Sam Lo (b. 1986) is a Singaporean artist working on how something is granted or denied official status- and what happens in the gap.

Prosecuted in 2012 for marking public space and later commissioned by the institutions that prosecuted him, Lo works from inside the mechanism the work examines.
